If we upgrade your BIOS it might fix some heating issues, there is better fan and temp control in the new version of the BIOS, it also might be a temp reading problem which could be fixed as well.

That's a lot of heat for the i7 there Mike, Mine is like 45 idle and just shy of 60 under max load 3dmark06 (In which I got 22,107 3d marks) proof: http://service.futuremark.c... It could be the horible paste on the bottom of the stock cooler, I can bring my stock cooler too somtime if you wanna try that, I dont have the fan anymore but the fins are still there, and their easy to switch the fans on and off of.
