I created this group because I wanted to share the excitement of some of the greatest game titles on all current gen consoles today with new people, and I wanted to share the enjoyment with others. The Proving Grounds event was created for the sole reason of competition between gamers in different circles who want their abilities tested on a larger scale. It's a mosh pit of raw talent and carnage that rewards its champions with an increase in reputation and of course rewards for being the best. Exhibition matches, random meets, and Tournament entry's is the usual for the group but we our main goal is to open a lounge in Northern Virginia so the DC/VA/MD gamers have a place to call home :P
